RECENTLY RELEASED: THE PERFECT MEDICINE by Brodie Ramin MD for Findaway Audioworks (nonfiction). This book explores the science of running and exercise and provides advice on how to maximize its benefits and be your best self.
And for fun…
In mid-August, I spent a week in Montana, mostly at Glacier National Park. I first visited 10 years ago and it was wonderful to get back and see so much MORE of the park. Logged 25+ hiking miles, including Grinnell Glacier and The Highline. It was on the latter trail that we got a very up-close and personal experience with these wild, bighorn sheep! They came right up to where we were sitting, but were easily frightened despite their massive and muscular frames. Beautiful country out there!

Saw mountain goats on the trail too. No bears or moose, though it’s probably better that way for all involved.
I’d love to hear what you’ve been up to and any other comments you have – leave a note below!
More ahead! Be well and keep in touch!

Love the big horned sheep picture. Glacier National Park is SO beautiful! Actually, I was taking a look at your demos and I’m very impressed. Your range of voices and tone is exciting. Keep up the good work.

Thanks so much, Tamara!
While I’ve been to Denali and that’s a park on a whole ‘nuther level, Glacier is spectacular and (though the word is overused) just awesome! I also appreciate the non-threatening wildlife willing to hang out nearby!
