Audio Ventures: the “perfect narrator”, winds of spirit, and Shasta snow-shoeing
It’s a nonfiction heavy time right now, and the five books mentioned below account for 35+ hrs of finished audio! Lots of different topics, from history and business to spirituality, success stories, and counseling. It’s why this job never gets boring! ๐
I was also honored to receive the following feedback from a producer:
You were the perfect main narrator for RIKERS.Thank you for your incredible work on this title.
LOST AT SEA by John Wukovits (for Penguin Audio). The forgotten story of American war hero Eddie Rickenbacker’s crash landing in the Pacific during World War II, and his incredible twenty-three-day crusade to keep his crew alive.
A nonfiction book that highlights the stories of professionals who took back control of their lives and gained financial freedom. More details soon!
Healing together is not the only option. Sometimes, the right decision is to walk away. Out of the many audiobooks that promote the idea that repairing the relationship after an affair is an achievable goal for everyone, this audiobook will shatter that myth.
Outside of the booth
We’ve had lots of SNOW over the last month, but that hasn’t stopped us from exploring Northern CA. We ventured to the tiny town of McCloud for my birthday weekend (including a snow hike out to waterfalls) and then did some snow-shoeing around Mt. Shasta! Of course Paz joined along, and he loved it!
