A quick look at recent adventures…
Current Narration
Angelica by Bob Kaster – an independent production (mystery/suspense): This fast-paced thriller immerses the septuagenarian retired judge and his wise and faithful dog Bebe in a cyclone of terror involving Indian casinos, illegal drugs, abusive government officials, and Formula 1 racing.
Bob is a local author here in Yreka and the book takes place around Siskiyou County!
Recently (Re-)Released
Two books to mention: a great nonfiction story, Billion or Bust!, is available on audio, and the thriller Deception Bay has been re-released!

Outside of the booth…
What’s been up in July? Lots of time in nature!
- Road-tripped to the southern Oregon Coast for a couple days in early July – breezy, cool, and lots of beach time, especially for Paz!
- Won my division and silver overall in the Intermediate bracket in a pickleball scramble (different partner each game) held in Mt. Shasta, CA.
- Fully experiencing the HEAT of summer here in Northern California—a few days over 100 degrees so far. Glad to have the pool (finally!) in good operation and grateful that there have not been any wildfires too close. Some smoke from Oregon fires, but nothing too heavy. Fingers crossed for a mild fire season up here!

I’d love to hear what you’ve been up to and any other comments you have – leave a note below!
More ahead! Be well and keep in touch!
